Dima Plotnikov

Dima Plotnikov is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Since February 2020, Dima has served as Lead Experience Designer at ELEKS, contributing to product roadmapping and brand strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams. As a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Tartu, Dima teaches Digital Product Management, focusing on scaling design systems. Prior roles include Senior Product Designer at GrandVision BV, where Dima contributed to a global design system, and Lead Product Designer at ITM Trade, where Dima managed a multidisciplinary design team. Dima's career also encompasses significant positions at Delphi Software and Webtronix, highlighting expertise in UX best practices, prototyping, and usability testing. Dima's educational background includes a degree from Vinnytsia National Technical University and training at the Art School in Vinnitsia City.
