Serg Bataev

Serg Bataev is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Architecture and Technology at ELEKS since February 2017, Serg has successfully orchestrated technology strategies, scaled teams, and directed significant technical partnerships that enhanced revenue and cost savings. Previous roles include Head of Software Architecture Office, Software Architect, and Competency Manager, where Serg built high-performing teams, implemented standardized practices, and drove strategic technical initiatives. With a strong background in leading complex architectural projects and mentoring talent, Serg holds a Master’s degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Leadership, and certification in Full Stack Web Development.
