Bill Chen

Bill Chen is an experienced lead engineer specializing in user experience design at Elekta since April 2011, where responsibilities include leading a team of UX designers and developers, building the company's Design System, and driving the front-end architecture. Previously, Chen managed a UX team for North America, focused on user experience design and usability engineering for medical device products, and held roles as a UX Developer and Development Engineer. Prior experience includes work as a Controls Engineer at Zenergy Power and as a Staff Engineer at VI Technology, along with a contract role as a Software Engineer at Rockwell Collins. Chen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
