Esra Dogan

Esra Dogan has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Esra began their career in 2003 as an Executive Assistant at Nedve Group. From 2005 to 2017, they worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb and held various roles including HR Assistant, HR Specialist, and Human Resources Generalist. In 2017, they joined Elekta as an HR Lead for the Middle East & Africa region. Recently, they have been serving as the Regional HR Director for the region.

Esra Dogan attended Boğaziçi University in 2007 to participate in the Human Resources Management Program. Prior to that, they studied Economics at Istanbul University from 1997 to 2001. In 2021, Esra obtained the certification of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute.
