John Schaffer, MBA, is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the medical device and technology sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Director of U.S. Sales for Xoft Skin eBx at Elekta since October 2023, John previously held leadership roles at Xoft, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing new business development for the Xoft Electronic Brachytherapy System. John’s career also includes roles at Ellman International, BioLumix, PhotoMedex, and Mentor Urology, where achievements included launching innovative technologies and winning Salesman of the Year. John holds an Executive MBA in Management from Northwood University and a BS in Business Education from Ferris State University.
