Jonathan Tilsley

Jonathan Tilsley has extensive experience in program and delivery management, currently serving as the Head of Delivery (Software) at Elekta since July 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the execution of the Oncology Software Portfolio and collaborating with product management and engineering teams. Prior to this, Jonathan spent over a decade at Philips, holding various senior roles including Senior Program Director leading post-merger integrations, Programme Manager overseeing compliance for medical devices, and Business Competency Chapter Lead managing a large team of process design resources. Jonathan holds a BSc in Physics from The University of Manchester, an MSc in Radiation Physics from UCL, and an MBA from The Open University.
