Milla Auniola

Milla Auniola serves as the Head of HR Finland at Elektrobit Automotive Finland Oy since July 2017, managing a range of responsibilities including HR strategy development, cultural coherence, employee engagement, operational HR processes, compliance, and payroll management for approximately 300 employees. Prior to this, Milla held various HR roles at Polar Electro Oy and Elektrobit, including Global HR Manager and HR Manager positions, while also gaining significant experience at Microsoft and Nokia in senior HR management roles. Milla's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Tampere and studies in educational leadership and administration at the University of Oulu.
