Félix Bedard is the Vice-président ingénierie at ELEMA experts-conseils, leading the engineering team in the design of multi-story buildings and the seismic rehabilitation of existing structures. They hold a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, completed in 2009, and a Master's degree in seismic engineering, completed in 2011, both from the École Polytechnique de Montréal. Félix has developed notable expertise in seismic design and structural dynamic analysis through their work on various high-profile projects, including the new CHUM hospital and the Maisonneuve-Rosemont hospital. Prior to their current role, they served as a structural engineer at Pasquin St-Jean et Associés from 2009 to 2014.
