Marni Isaacson

Marni Isaacson currently holds the position of Senior Legal Counsel at ELEMENT Alpha. Prior to this role, Marni gained extensive experience in corporate finance transactions while working at various law firms such as Paul Hastings, Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, and Haynes and Boone, LLP. Marni also served as a Judicial Intern for Hon. William H. Pauley III at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Marni's legal education includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Distinction in History and Humanistic Studies from McGill University.
