Benjamin Gauthier

Benjamin Gauthier is a highly experienced professional in engineering and project management with a background in both mechanical and aerospace disciplines. As a co-founder of Element Blue since January 2018 and Element Blue Engineering since July 2011, Benjamin has demonstrated leadership and technical expertise. Previous roles include Project Team Manager at Cosfibel Premium and TPM/Industrial Engineering Manager at Cosmosupplylab ltd., where responsibilities encompassed team management and industrial engineering. Additional experience includes design development and product line management positions, as well as a mechanical engineering trainee role at MTU Maintenance focusing on repair techniques. Benjamin began a research career at the University of Queensland's Hypersonic Research Department, contributing to thermal protection system design. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from The University of Queensland.
