Tom Webb is the founder and CEO of Element Communications, an award-winning full-service communications agency that helps ambitious technology brands grow through creative and authentic public relations campaigns. They led communication strategies for M&A, partnerships and investment rounds totalling over $5 billion, and today deliver senior consultancy including stakeholder management, reputation management, media training and government affairs. They founded Element Communications in 2019 and continue to lead the agency's growth. They are pursuing a 2:1 in Management at Bournemouth University.
