Hsuan Lee

Hsuan Lee is an experienced industrial engineer currently employed at Element Electronics since June 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing root cause analysis for process issues and contributing to cross-functional project teams. Prior experience includes a role as a manufacturing engineer at Element TV Company, LP, from October 2014 to December 2015, where Hsuan designed a new mixed-model line and improved assembly line efficiency through ergonomic evaluations and time study ratings. Hsuan began a career as a technology assistant at Oklahoma City University from February 2013 to May 2014, troubleshooting internet and networking issues. Hsuan holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
