Rachel Eslinger

Rachel Eslinger currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at Element Electronics since January 2022. Previously, Rachel held various roles at QualiTech, including VP of Human Resources and Administration, and Sr. Director of Human Resources and Administration from June 2016 to June 2021. Rachel's earlier experience includes positions at Donaldson as HR Manager, and at Pearson VUE as Mgr, Human Resources, overseeing a team managing HR functions for approximately 1500 employees across North America. Rachel began their career in HR roles at Pearson North America and First Command, with initial recruiting experience at Avondale Search International, Inc. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
