Beth Steimle

Beth Steimle, P.E. is currently the Sr. Vice President | Chief Operating Officer at Element Engineering Group, LLC, where she oversees the engineering needs of public- and private-sector clients in infrastructure development. With a background in civil engineering and experience in various leadership roles in well-known engineering firms, Beth’s expertise includes transportation design, traffic engineering, stormwater design, and more. She holds a Masters in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University.
