Emmanuel Marin, PE, RSP, currently serves as the Roadway Design Team Lead at Element Engineering Group, LLC, beginning in July 2024. Prior to this role, Marin worked as a Roadway Project Engineer at BCC Engineering, LLC from October 2022 to July 2024, and as a Roadway Engineer at Kisinger Campo & Associates, Corp. from July 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included serving as the Engineer of Record for temporary traffic control and roadway design on various projects. Marin's experience also includes roles as an Engineering Specialist II at the Florida Department of Transportation, where workloads and traffic data were managed, and Engineering Specialist at the Oregon Department of Transportation, focusing on traffic safety assessments. Additional experience includes work as an Engineering Technician and Research Assistant. Marin earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, completing studies in 2014.
