Liz Bartell, PE, MBA, is currently the Associate Vice President at Element Engineering Group, LLC, where they have been since 2024. They previously served as a Transportation Project Manager for the City of Orlando in 2023 and have extensive experience in drainage engineering and project management from their roles at Patel, Greene & Associates, PLLC and TranSystems. Liz began their career as a Water Resources Engineer at Reynolds, Smith and Hills, Inc. and has held significant positions at HNTB and the Florida Department of Transportation. Liz earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from Smith College and both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Florida.
