Lynn Decker

Lynn Decker, P.E., is a seasoned Senior Roadway Engineer at Element Engineering Group, LLC since May 2021, with prior experience as the Planning & Design Project Management Supervisor for Hillsborough County from June 2018 to May 2021, where management of a project management team focused on roadway resurfacing, intersection improvements, and trail projects was key.
