Chris Gittens

Chris Gittens has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on sales and sales management. Chris is currently the EVP, Chief Digital Officer at Element Financial. Prior to this, they held various positions at GE Capital Canada and GE Capital Solutions, including Vice President and Commercial Leader, Vice President, National Accounts, and Senior Manager. Chris has also held the position of Structuring Manager at GE Capital Solutions. Chris began their career as a Relationship Manager at TD Commercial Banking in 1998.

Chris Gittens completed an HBA in Honours Economics with Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University. Chris then completed an International Marketing Exchange Program in International Marketing from the University of Amsterdam.

Chris Gittens reports to Jay Forbes, President & CEO. They are on a team with Jim Halliday - EVP & COO, David Madrigal - Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, and Frank Ruperto - EVP & CFO.
