Andrew Dibari

Andrew DiBari, CPA, currently serves as Managing Director - Syndication at Element Fleet Management since January 2023. With extensive experience in capital markets, Andrew held the position of Senior Director - Capital Markets at Auxilior Capital Partners, Inc. from July 2021 to September 2022, and served as Vice President in Capital Markets at Bank of America from April 2010 to July 2021. Andrew's earlier career includes roles at GE Capital as an Associate Syndications Representative and as an Audit In-Charge at Deloitte & Touche, where financial statement audits were coordinated and performed. Andrew began the career with internships at GE Capital, complemented by a solid educational background with an MBA in Strategic Management from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and advanced degrees in Accounting and Finance from UMass Amherst.
