Basel Aggad, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial analysis, sales compensation, and data governance. Currently serving as the Global Sales Compensation Program Manager at Element Fleet Management since April 2023, Basel has previously held significant roles at Rogers Communications, including Manager of Data Governance and Manager of Sales Compensation Programs & Strategy. With a strong background in financial modeling, ad-hoc analysis, and the development of sales compensation plans, Basel's career also includes positions such as Senior Financial Analyst at McCain Foods, and various accounting roles at TD and Canada Accounting and Tax Services.
