Eric Schell

Eric Schell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Product Manager for Driver Tools at Element Fleet Management since July 2011, Eric has a strong background in analytics, having previously worked as a Product Owner and Analyst at PHH, where responsibilities included implementing user-focused metrics and analyzing web use patterns. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Labrador Sports since March 2018, Eric drives the product vision and roadmap for LacrosseLab.com. Additionally, since September 2016, Eric has held the position of Head Coach for the 2023 Boys at True Lacrosse. Eric holds an MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration from Stevenson University, along with foundational education at the United States Air Force Academy.
