Evan Phillips

Evan Phillips is an experienced acquisitions manager at Element Fleet Management, focusing on sourcing assets from dealership inventory for the North American portfolio since May 2014. Prior roles at Element Fleet Management include operations supervisor, team lead, new vehicle acquisition consultant, and out of stock consultant, where Evan specialized in consulting with clients to secure new vehicles from dealer stock. Prior to this, Evan managed daily operations as the general manager at DH Moving & Storage, Inc. from January 2006 to April 2014, overseeing both inside and outside sales, scheduling, dispatching, and financial management. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History from The Catholic University of America, earned between 2003 and 2006, and attended JMB from 1997 to 2001.
