Joseph Moore

Joseph Moore is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in client management and sales, currently serving as a Client Experience Manager at Element Fleet Management since July 2017. In this role, Joseph has effectively navigated complex client relationships and managed onboarding for several hundred small business clients, while also facilitating training sessions to bolster client engagement with the Armada Program. Prior to this, Joseph held roles as a Sales Account Executive, managing diverse portfolios at Element Fleet Management, and as a Fleet Management Specialist at GE Capital, where analytical dashboards were synthesized to enhance asset utilization. Joseph's career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where numerous achievements included managing multimillion-dollar accounts and being an integral member of the Minnesota Values Committee, which received a notable award for promoting diversity and philanthropy. Joseph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Design from the University of Minnesota.
