Sean Smith

Sean Smith is an accomplished Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience in network management and security across multiple organizations. Currently at Element Fleet Management since October 2020, Sean specializes in managing Imperva WAF, DDoS mitigation, and various Fortinet products while developing NetOps hardening guides and monitoring solutions. Previously, at Leidos from October 2017 to June 2020, Sean executed significant projects involving multi-grid Infoblox for IPAM and redesigning wireless infrastructure, as well as multiple firewall replacement projects. Earlier roles included Network Manager at DLA Piper, Senior Network and Security Engineer at Gemalto, and Senior Network and Security Engineer at Dunbar Armored, among others, culminating in a robust background in network security applications and systems management since 2007.
