Hamish McPharlin

Hamish McPharlin is currently the Managing Director and President at Element Human. Prior to this, Hamish held the position of Head of Contents Insights and Delivery at CNN International Commercial from May 2020 to September 2022, and was the Head of Insight, Global and EMEA at BBC Global News Ltd from April 2017 to May 2020. With a background in research and analysis, Hamish also served as the Director at Decipher Media Consultancy. Hamish's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Communications from Murdoch University, along with an Honours in Media, Communications, and Culture and a Bachelor of Marketing and the Media.
