Paul Albert

Paul Albert is a seasoned sales leader with 20 years of experience in startups, scale-ups, and turnarounds, currently serving as a fractional sales leader for tech-enabled startups. They have successfully launched four multi-million businesses in Europe, notably driving growth at Payhawk from €3M to €12M and expanding the sales team from 30 to 110 within a year. Their career began at Vision Critical, where Paul grew the EMEA business from zero to £8M and later led the European operations for Zappi, achieving similar success. Paul has also held roles such as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Freespee and Chief Commercial Officer at Rest Less UK. Currently, they are fractional Chief Revenue Officer at Element Human and fractional Go-to-Market Lead at Purify Intelligence.
