Michael Walter has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Michael started their career in 1969 by founding Alarm Supply Co., Inc., the first wholesale security equipment distribution company in the US. Under their leadership, the company grew exponentially to over 60 locations and achieved annual sales of $90 million. In 1983, they successfully sold the company to the Hawley Group.
Afterwards, Michael held various executive positions, including General Sales Manager at Holmes Protection, Inc. from 1992 to 1999, Director Secutity Systems at Checkpoint Systems from 1999 to 2001, and VP Sales at Datamax Corp. from 1998 to 2002.
From 2003 to 2008, they served as Sales Manager - Specialty Products at Kurz Transfer Products, LP, and simultaneously as Sales/Product Manager - Specialty Products at Kurz-Hastings Corp.
In 2008, Michael joined Element ID, Inc. as VP Sales & Marketing, where they currently hold this position.
Michael Walter completed their high school education at St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute from 1954 to 1958. Michael obtained a High School Diploma specifically for college preparatory skills. Following this, they attended Buffalo State University from 1958 to 1961 and pursued a field of study in Mechanical Engineering. However, it is not mentioned whether they obtained a degree in this field.
