Jörg Schmidt

Jörg Schmidt has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles in the insurance and banking sectors. Jörg most recently worked at ELEMENT Insurance AG as the Senior Vice President People & Organisation / Generalbevollmächtigter. Prior to that, Jörg was employed at AXA, where they held positions such as Konzernpersonalleiter / Head of HR Management and Head IT Resource Management. Jörg also served as the Head of HR and Administration for both the South Germany region and the Berlin region at AXA. Before joining AXA, Jörg worked at ABC Privatkundenbank as the Personalleiter / Head of HR. Jörg began their career at LBBW and held roles there as the Ausbildungsreferent / HR Development Assistant and Filialleiter / Branch Manager.
