Nils Grille is a Delivery Director with extensive experience in multidisciplinary project management within the offshore oil and gas and modular building markets. Nils has led international project teams and has held various roles, including Project Manager and Project Assistant, at Uniteam AS and Uniteam International AS. Nils has a background in international sales and purchasing in engineering and holds a B.Eng. in Offshore Systems Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Kiel. Known for being flexible, safety-minded, and possessing strong problem-solving skills, Nils simplifies complex challenges in project execution.
