Thomas Karlsson

Thomas Karlsson currently serves as the VP of Rest of Europe at Element Logic®, overseeing P&L responsibilities for 11 business units across various countries. Previously, Karlsson was the Managing Director for both Sweden and TGW Scandinavia at TGW Logistics Group, where responsibilities included the relaunch and market development focusing on warehouse automation for the Grocery, Fashion, and Retail sectors. Before that, Karlsson spent nearly 18 years at Swisslog Warehouse & Distribution Solutions, culminating in the role of Head of global Extension & Modernization, driving strategic business development in digitization and predictive maintenance. Karlsson's educational background includes an MBA in International Finance from the University of Gothenburg and an MSc in Supply Chain from Chalmers University of Technology.
