Jo Wetz

Jo Wetz is the Chief Executive Officer at Element Materials Technology, a position held since 2019, where they are responsible for the overall strategy and growth of the organization. They played a pivotal role in the company's expansion from 600 to over 9,000 colleagues across more than 30 countries, having initially led the buyout of Element in 2010. Jo has also been a member of the Group’s main Board for over 12 years. Prior to their tenure at Element, Jo built a career in private equity at 3i, focusing on the global Testing and Inspection market. Jo holds a degree in Economics from University College London and is a Chartered Accountant.
