Jon Williams

Jon Williams is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and technical leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Element Materials Technology, Jon previously held roles such as Head of Engineering at Bladon Micro Turbine and Systems and Controls Engineering Manager at Safran. With a focus on managing engineering departments and overseeing multiple electrical system projects, Jon has also contributed as a Systems Engineering Consultant at Energy Systems Catapult and led teams at Rolls-Royce in various capacities, including Project Engineer for the UltraFan demonstrator engine. Jon holds a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Loughborough University.
