Kellen J

Kellen J currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Element Materials Technology since February 2023. Previously, Kellen held the position of Global HRBP at Celanese from May 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included strategic partnership with various leadership levels and managing HR projects such as a company divestiture. At Envision Energy, from March 2018 to June 2019, Kellen was the Head of HR North America, overseeing HR initiatives focused on talent development and organizational design. Prior roles included Regional Human Resources Leader for Eaton's Data Centers division and HR Supervisor at Toshiba International Corporation. Kellen's early career involved HR consultancy roles at Dell and Toshiba, with significant achievements in supporting acquisitions and developing people strategies. Kellen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Purdue University.
