Lee Brough

Lee Brough currently serves as the Vice President of Aerospace and Defence EMEA at Element Materials Technology, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lee has extensive experience in the aerospace and metals industries, including serving as Vice President and General Manager at TIMET UK Limited, where accountability extended across business and operational performance over three sites in the UK. Previous to that, Lee held various leadership positions at Rolls-Royce, culminating in the role of Site Director for the Large Engine Assembly and Test Facility in Derby, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of approximately 1,000 employees. Lee's educational background includes completion of the Global Leadership Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management from the University of Derby.
