Nima Molaei is a Senior Global Technical Director at Element Materials Technology, where they lead a team in testing and certification services for radio and non-radio products to international standards. With over 16 years of experience in regulatory compliance and a master’s degree in electrical, electronics, and communications engineering, Nima has developed core competencies in 5G New Radio, RF testing, and Electromagnetic Compatibility. They have held significant roles at various organizations, including Managing Director at PCTEST Engineering Laboratory and Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager at MiCOM Labs, and have been an active member of TCB, CB, and RED/EMCD NB since 2014.
