Rick Gerads

Rick Gerads is currently the NDT Technical Director at Element Materials Technology, where they focus on providing testing solutions to clients in aerospace, defense, oil and gas, and industrial markets. They have a proven ability to grow the business through customer focus and timely solutions. Rick has extensive experience in various industries and is ASNT Level III certified in multiple nondestructive testing methods. Prior to their current role, they served as General Manager at Element Materials Technology and held management positions at METCO Nondestructive Testing and Testmasters Inc. Rick earned an AAS in Nondestructive Testing from Hutchinson Technical College.
