Ryan Castells

Ryan Castells, P.E., is currently the Business Development Director for Aerospace and Defense at Element Materials Technology, where they focus on enhancing testing and inspection services for critical industries. Previously, Ryan held various roles at Accutek Testing Laboratory, culminating as Associate Director of Mechanical Testing, where they managed engineering teams and introduced new testing capabilities. Ryan has also worked as Operations Manager and Department Manager for Advanced Materials at Element, alongside serving on the Board of Directors for the SPE Composites Division. They earned a degree from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.
