Ryan Picone

Ryan Picone is a highly skilled aerospace engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Beginning with an internship as a Repair Engineer at Rolls-Royce, Ryan progressed to a Service Engineer and then a Design Engineer, where responsibilities included supporting suppliers and standardizing processes. Following this, Ryan worked as a Stress Engineer at Intales, focusing on A350 Winglet optimization and A340 spoiler analyses. Ryan's role expanded at Lufthansa Technik as a Project Engineer, managing case repairs and implementing technology improvements. Currently, as a Project Engineer at Element Materials Technology, Ryan leads aero part tests in collaboration with major aerospace partners such as Rolls Royce and Airbus, overseeing project planning and execution. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from RMIT University, graduating with Honours First Class.
