Simon Newell

Simon Newell is a senior HSE leader with over 20 years of experience in driving safety and cultural transformation across global high-risk industries. Simon has served as the Group Head of Safety, Health, Environment and Risk Management at LTE Group, managing a network of Safety Champions across 100 locations, and previously held roles at Kidde Products Ltd and The Dow Chemical Company, where they achieved significant safety improvements and compliance integration. Currently, Simon is the SHE Cultural Change Leader and EMEAA SHE Director at Element Materials Technology. Simon holds a BEng in Environmental Engineering from Cardiff University and dual postgraduate qualifications in Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management from the University of Portsmouth.
