Cesar Perez Jr is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in both music and software engineering. Previously, Cesar excelled as a Senior Software Engineer at McKinsey & Company from October 2020 to April 2023 and held a foundational role as Founder/Consultant at Impact Handyworks, where negotiations led to over 100 commercial contracts and a profitable startup within its first year. Prior experience also includes serving as Head A&R at Penalty Entertainment, LLC, where strategic initiatives resulted in a 25% increase in sales, underscoring a strong background in both creative and technical domains. Cesar's educational background includes training at Fullstack Academy and an Associate of Arts degree from Borough of Manhattan Community College.
