Tenzin Crouch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aerospace engineering, robotics, and software development. Currently serving as the Founder of Element Robotics since August 2021, Tenzin focuses on building autonomous robots aimed at transforming both Earth and extraterrestrial environments. Tenzin also holds the position of Event Partnerships Manager at the National Space Society of Australia, initiating efforts to develop a sustainable lunar supply chain. A longstanding member of the Royal Australian Air Force since March 2013, Tenzin has taken on various roles including Aerospace Engineering Officer with expertise in software certification, predictive maintenance, cybersecurity, and communications systems. Previous roles include Software Team Lead at MoonRanger and ownership of Sabroso Bakery. Tenzin's educational background includes a Master of Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Robotic Engineering with a Master's in Electronic Engineering from Flinders University.
