Bruce Bolliger

Head Of Business Development at Element Six

Bruce Bolliger has had an extensive and varied work experience throughout their career. Bruce is currently the Head of Business Development at Element Six, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they were the General Manager at FormFactor Inc. from 2021 to 2022.

In 2020, Bruce worked as a Management Consultant, where they focused on improving clients' business processes in areas such as business development, product life cycle management, and demand/supply planning. Bruce specifically analyzed and implemented demand and supply planning process improvements at Element Six.

From 2013 to 2020, Bruce held the role of Head of Sales and Marketing at Element Six. In this position, they were responsible for growing the synthetic diamond business across various industries, including semiconductor equipment and devices, oil and gas drilling, lasers, metrology, and wastewater treatment. Bruce developed business strategies and customer partnerships to expand into new markets and achieved significant revenue growth.

Prior to their time at Element Six, Bruce served as the VP of Services, Asia at Tektronix from 2011 to 2012. Bruce led a complex, multi-national service organization across several countries in Asia, achieved revenue growth, improved operating margins, and started a new calibration services business in key markets.

From 2007 to 2011, Bruce was the VP of SOC and Flash Memory Business Unit at Formfactor, where they had full P&L responsibility and successfully grew revenue and penetrated new major accounts.

Before that, Bruce held the role of Sr. Director, Corp Marketing at KLA-Tencor from 2005 to 2007. Bruce led strategic planning, market intelligence, and marketing best practices programs.

Bruce has also worked at Cymer as the VP of Business Development from 2003 to 2005, at Agilent Technologies as an Operations Manager from 1997 to 2003, and at Hewlett Packard in various positions, including R&D Manager, Business Development Manager, and Support Manager, from 1980 to 1997.

Bruce Bolliger completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis from 1975 to 1977. Bruce then pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Harvard Business School from 1978 to 1980.
