Elaine Doohan is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in customer-centric roles, currently serving as the Customer Centric Manager at Element Six since April 2000, having also held positions as Customer Service Manager and Product Manager within the same company. Prior to Element Six, Elaine worked as an Account Manager for EMEA at Nortel Networks in Shannon, Ireland, from 1999 to 2000. Elaine holds a Master of Science in Technology Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Innovation Management, both from the University of Limerick, as well as a degree in Marketing with a focus on International Marketing and German from the Marketing Institute of Ireland.
