Felix Balima

Felix Balima, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Engineer at Element Six, specializing in process control, improvement, and project management related to diamond and cBN cutting tools and high-pressure, high-temperature synthesis. Prior to this role, Felix Balima held the position of Research and Development Engineer, focusing on new product development and process enhancements. Felix Balima's experience includes working as a Research Engineer at CNRS, where expertise in materials sintering and ceramics was developed, as well as serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Engineer at the Institute Light and Matter, emphasizing materials characterization and optimization. Felix Balima holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
