Melissa Johnson currently serves as the Human Resource Manager for Element Six, a leader in synthetic diamond and tungsten carbide supermaterials, since April 2020. Prior to this role, Melissa held various HR positions at Novus Holdings Ltd (formerly Paarl Media Group) from February 2009 to March 2020, culminating in the role of Senior Human Resource Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple operational units, driving performance management, and formulating HR strategies. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Practitioner at Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages. Melissa holds an Honours degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand and has completed senior management development at Stellenbosch Business School, in addition to other qualifications in Human Resource Management.
