Mitch Rothe P.e.

Mitch Rothe, P.E. is a Principal Engineer at Element Six since August 2022. Prior to this role, Mitch served as a Sales Engineer at Ulterra Drilling Technologies L.P. from February 2018 to August 2022 and held various positions at Baker Hughes from January 2009 to February 2018, including Technical Support Engineer for the Gulf of Mexico and Design Engineer, where Mitch was the lead designer for the hybrid (Kymera) drill bit, responsible for developing technology, investigating new designs, conducting lab and field testing, and creating standards. Mitch earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University between 2004 and 2008.
