Paul Brack

Paul Brack currently serves as the IP Manager at Element Six, responsible for managing the global IP portfolio across two business units, including activities such as invention harvesting, patent application drafting, and FTO advice. Previously, Paul worked as a Patent Attorney at Dehns, specializing in the prosecution and drafting of chemical patents, EPO opposition and appeal proceedings, and patent rights assignments. Earlier experience includes roles as a university teacher at Loughborough University, a postgraduate fellow at the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology, freelance academic proofreading, and various research internships. Paul holds a PhD in Chemistry and a PGCert in Intellectual Property Law, alongside a certificate in IP Basic Litigation Skills for Patent Attorneys.
