Stephen Mucha is a seasoned financial leader with extensive experience in finance transformation and operations within large organizations. Currently serving as Director of Finance Transformation at Element Solutions Inc since July 2023, Stephen previously held several key roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. including Director of Finance And Operations Transformation and Director of Finance, where strategic initiatives led to significant improvements in financial processes and performance metrics. In total, Stephen managed large teams, developed innovative financial forecasting and KPI systems, championed the integration of planning processes, and successfully navigated the complexities of mergers and acquisitions. Stephen Mucha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Quinnipiac University.
