Ryan Birnie

Ryan Birnie has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as V.P. of Operations at Element Technical Services since January 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day fracturing operations and involvement in procurement, research and development, and equipment fabrication. Previously, Ryan held the position of Wellsite Consultant at Petrobakken from 2009 to 2011, managing frac operations on site, and worked as a Frac Supervisor at Baker Hughes from 1999 to 2008, supervising frac crews and pumping operations. Ryan's educational background includes completion of studies at Wawota High School from 1985 to 1998.
