Karen Seketa

Karen Seketa, MSHRM, SHRM-SCP, possesses extensive experience in staffing and human resources leadership. From May 2009 to December 2011, Karen served as Director of Staffing Operations at That's Good HR, Inc., where responsibilities included marketing oversight and brand management. Prior to that, as Midwest Regional Director at Dunhill Staffing Systems from August 1989 to July 2001, Karen managed a network of 13 branch offices across major Midwest cities. Additional experience includes serving as Team Leader of US Recruiting and Staffing at Eli Lilly and Company from August 2001 to July 2005, and as Executive Vice President at Dunhill Staffing and ATS Staffing from August 2005 to December 2008, focusing on integrating and overseeing staffing divisions. Since December 2011, Karen has held the position of SVP of Talent at Element Three, applying insights from a diverse background in social interactions and human behavior. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Purdue University and a BA in Economics, Political Science, and International Business from DePauw University.
